well in my computer networking class we had to successfully send a 45 word paragraph using binary or hexidecimal over a network to a specific computer by only knowing the first 2 octects of the Ip address and a few mathamatical clues for the other 2....
lets see 45 x 8 = 360 that means it was 360 1's and 0's that i typed out just for the message, not to mention the math i had to do to figure out the rest of the IP address. and the typing i had to do to write the batch file to send it to the right computer. (we werent allowed to justs put a file on the desktop of the pc with the message, we had to make the batch file put the message there and trigger a tripwire that our teacher put there so he would know to check the pc) |
