hello, i need some good advice here.
i never ordered anything online exept my MP3Player, and i had some probs with it and all.
so im not all that formiliar with the stuff, but never tryed never learned.
so do you think is should do it?
and when do i get it? like the day after it ships? or like a week after it?
or does that varys?
please share your recommendations and expiriance with ordering online, and if you think i should do it.

ok, heres what i did,
i called a store called Dynabyte (a computer store, dunno if its international) and told em i wanted to get the SE of ut2004, they sayed they call me as soon as they get it in the store so i can pick it up? is that good?

 That's not a real pre-order. I'd be worried that they would forget to call or that they'd call their friends first and sell them the SE version and maybe you wouldn't get one.
When I pre-ordered at EB Games (US company) I had to put a downpayment on it. This gives you legal action in case something happens. I just happened to put the entire amount down so that it's already paid for.
If you just have them call you without giving them a little money, they can say that they forgot, too bad, or whatever. If you pay them some money as "consideration" they are legally obliged to uphold the contract.
Contract = you gave them some $ and they agree to hold a game and call you to the beste of their ability. Otherwise you can force them to re-imburse you for the $$ and for any expenses that you incurred by agreeing to this "contract".
Basically around here it comes down to one fact... If you dont' provide consideration, there is no agreement. A handshake rarely counts anymore.
And, YES you should pre-order the SE version!! Dude! |

well, i what i mean is, the game is all that matters really.
SE:
tin box (who really cares?)
headset (of marginal quality, but still a good deal. Still, nothing to worry about).
DVD#2 VTM's (could be helpful if you want to get into mapping or modding, otherwise only useful to see how geeky those Buzz dudes are )
window sticker (need i say more? Useless all in all)
In the end, it's the game you are wanting, not the fluff.
I just got the SE cause im a freak.
I heard something about DVD#2 containing behind the scenes stuff, which could be really entertaining...
Oh yeah, the best thing about the SE is that its not on CD.
But Europeans can still get the normal DVD edition no problem. |

headset, i already got that exact same 1, and its good, but a spare one is never bad
DVD#1 realy good, i dont wnat 6-7 CD's
DVD#2 cool to, just to watch some of it
