Epic said that Unreal Tournament 2004 is going to be released worldwide on the 15th of march. Today i found out that BestBuy(the store where i buy my games from) is releasing the game on the 18th of March. I found that out on the bestbuy website. I don't know about America but im living in canada and this is what I know about the release date of UT2k4.
Could it be possible that BestBuy is wrong about the release date. Or it could be possible that the game is going to be distributed worldwide on the 15th but its going to be released on the 18th.
Im really confused on the released date not and I was hoping you could get some info on that subject...

Yes sometimes BB is wrong about dates. Take Halo for example, they got it in without even knowing until I went in to check on it the day it was supposed to come out. |

Actually very few places will be releasing UT2004 on the 15th. Most places in North America are selling it between the 16-18th, most places in Germany seem to be selling it on the 18th, the rest of Europe is getting it on the 19th, and for the rest of the world it seems more like the 24th or so. |

no no, its not wrong.
it was the 16th and 19th first, but it got set 1 day earlyer, so that makes it 15th and 18th |

EB Games downstate said they will have it on the 16th, tomorrow. My friend said he got his in the mail already, but he was lying (jerk).
I had preordered it for him for his birthday and so he may have it before me, but i put second-day shipping on it just so that I will probably get mine at the store before he gets his.
I guess I'll have to wait until after work tomorrow to pick it up. Or, I can have an extended lunch break..... Like 4 hours..... |

No UT2K4 yet...
Well living in canada and no news on UT2K4 being out on the shelves. I called BestBuy and they don't have it yet... |
