Anyone else having laggy control problems with UT2004 ?

I´m having some serious issues with laggy controls even though I have about 60 fps. It seams as if more people are having this problem but does anyone know what to do ?

hm not realy.. just sometimes the server lags etc.. but not just me that lags i dont think..

Try lowering your physics and changing the audio to software only Confused

I haven't had any problems out of 2004... 2003 when I went through the ladder a few weeks ago, it would pause for a second, every second, until the map started, then it would pause one more time, and be fine.

huh? why where you pause spamming?
im doing the 2004 ladder now.. and i hate double domination!! i realy do.. might be couse i suck at it.. but i just hate it becouse its so.. not fun.. CTF is oykey.. but not super fun or anything.
trying to completet Robot factory now.
ps. when does onslought come in SP? i havent seen it yet.

I´m sure it doesn´t have anything with physics and that stuff, it can happen anytime without anything special happening in the game.

I had that too, and not only in the ladder, but in every non-online teamgame... makes exploring the map rather impossible. It's gone in UT04 though.

And Cheetah Negolas is kidding you, Onslaught doesn't feature in the SP ladder: the final stage is like UT2003's, semi-final then a hideously annoying 1v1 in a crap map vs an enemy with perfect aim.

so onslaught is basicly only for the online people? couse the bots suck at it..
im personaly not a big fan of the UT's singel player ladders. but im just doing it for the satisfaction and stuff you unlock.
