Try using the shockrifle or the Palladins's cannon against the Cicada ... it might not kill it, but it will give it a good shove.

According to the topic the Cicada can't use the flares against the Raptor-missiles.
 
And as the turret is on the belly ... a Raptor can 'own' a Cicada if it gets an altitude advantage. |

cool, but i find it hard to hit a (fast) moving object with the paladin..
 
i always use shock rifle against hovering/flying vehicles, works nice,
 
incoming manta, blast it off course with a shock rifle.
 
it takes about 10 shots to kill a raptor i think, maybe less. |
