that's not the cookie section we are talking about.
However, all that stuff is safe to delete.
something you can do, if you are worried 'bout stuff, is to go to the search and destroy section, and look down below for a button called "file sets".
Make sure it is set to only show spyware.

But don't worry dude, unless you are using software that explicitely needs spyware in order to operate (no good software would do this), you can delete any and everything that comes up, no matter what you tell Spybot to show you.

Its a super duper ultra mega great proggy. Very Happy

keep in mind, a lot of things it pulls up, if you have it set to show all detections, are just little harmless things, like most recently used files in Media player and crap like that.
If you use Media player again after deleteing that file, the file will just be recreated.

Again, just stuff to keep in mind so you don't get confused.

its not going to delete your windows update, its just going to fix something that can be exploited.

What you can do is delete it, and then go to windows update site.
You will notice that it will not list it as a critical update again...

dont worry dude Wink
Im tellin ya, its not gonna hurt, but its not gonna hurt if you leave it either.

Again, just put the filetype button to only show spyware, then you wont be bothered with it again.
But if you do that, be sure and delete everytbhing that comes up!

ill give you my address so you can come kill me if something blows up, or Windows refuses to boot.

Something i learned with Spybot, is that it never detects something that windows needs at all.

(know this: I am only looking out for the cleanliness of your system)

All they gotta do next is add a high-quality defragger into Spybot
