I am blind. Everywhere I turn I can see black-text on a white-background, and the colour of deep selection-blue flickers in and out of my vision as a mysterious mouse-cursor selects and moves the text around, seemingly at random...
So yes, the chat with Epic & nVidia that took place on 3DGPU last night has been whittled down to something readable by humans. Answers concerning questions appear chronologically (although the questions themselves sometimes don’t, but that’s not important.) Here are some snippets:
MrFixIt: 5.5 GB for UT2004?!?!? Is that for real? Why so much space?
MarkRein[Epic]: Because we love you guys!
grahamslam: Are the physics for player movement any different in 2004 then from 2003?
Laurent[EPIC]: physics for player movement are the same. Some bugs related to boost jumping (with binds) have been fixed though.
QAPete: What can we expect to find behind the 'Community' menu item in UT2004?
DrSiN[EPIC]: The community menu has a community new page that can be updated with links to cool mods, etc. It has a menu for switching between major game mods (like Red Orchestra, Frag Ops, etc). It has it's own version of Cliff's Ownage page that get's auto-updated, plus the demo recording and UTV menus

Two weeks.... that sadistic bastard.
Though, I have to wonder... is it possible he said that hoping we'd all take it as a joke, and then be surpirsed when, two weeks from now, teh demo comes out?
