hey guys, just letting ya know, if ya use Remote Administrator, delete it.
im not sure about this, but it seems to have a backdoor written into it..
just letting ya know, do with this info as you like.

because I have a laptop and a desktop computer. I took the 17" screen from the desktop computer and use it with my laptop so I only use RAdmin to control the desktop computer. now I'm at school while the desktop computer is home dl-ing some stuff |

Remote administration has a few ports open so that you can admin remotely. But ask yourself - what are the chances that a hacker is going to be intent on breaking into your system and will be able to pose as you, with your login/pass and IP?
It COULD be a security risk, but it's just about as sensical as saying "don't get on a plane, terrorists blow them up". It happens, but not often enough to live in fear of it. |

I actually trust RAdmin alot... they seem to care about security alot. wtf am I saying? of course they do! they are a money sucking company |

True enough. But a lot of people also got hit by that damn my.doom thing. That goes to show that a lot of people are idiots. The majority of people that would be using RAdmin are not idiots.
I think it should come disabled, with an option to enable it if someone chooses to do so. |
