A very early good morning to everyone. Well before we get into the bulk of today's news, I wanted to ask a question to everyone. I was reading BroadBand Reports this weekend and stumbled across this cool article. As of September 1st last year I went completely digital (cell phone, sattelite TV, and cable Internet) and cut loose the land line. Now mind you this was a bigger move than going floppy free back in '02, still I felt a little weird not having one. My question is how many of you out there are now totally mobile? |

i have cable internet, a cell phone, a pda, a digital watch lol, but im not gonna get sattelite anytime soon |

I think you were a bit confusing Tycho... you mixed up your point a bit... You being 'all digital' has nothing to do with being mobile...  |

not really... you can get analog cell phones. No laptop... no mention of a wireless setup... (satelites are stationary)...
Only thing relevent is losing the local line. |

To go truely Mobile/Digital you need a 3G phone... the ones that do video calls... so you can do broadband mobile.
Popular in Japan. Internet broadband in your Honda. |

there is no way being stationary because the Earth is travelling right now I got a wireless access point both home and at school and a GSM. nothing more |

in about 5-10 years i think pretty much everything will be almost all wireless... |
