Epic programmer BigSquid also in the channel last night, and sayed that the demo will be around 200MB..

so the demo is small.. real small.. after far cry and americas army i didnet exprect it to be so small.. |

What really drives me mad is that when folks get the chance to talk to the Epic people, they never seem to ask them specifically what they're doing to the demo right now. I'd be a lot happier sitting tight if I knew what was behind the "delay" (no, I know, it's not really delayed, but you know what I mean).

Seriously, they don't know when they are going to release it; Atari has a say so that adds to the time till release from the word "GO" and being one of the "folks that gets a chance to talk to the Epic crew" I think it's mostly the questions of where they can cut fat; so they can shrink the DL size. It was 250+ two weeks ago so they have cut 50+ off so I think they are about happy

El Presidente is a good beer... i had it down in the carribean and it was one of the best i've had. I havent had heinekin tho... |
