i have the SE and i am making the level of the VTM's, i am now at the part  that they add water to the level, no prob i can do that, and now the problem: the water doesnt rimples, i am doeing what they say exactly but the water wont rimple.... |

I thought the same thing at first, but I think that after loading it up to test it, I could actually see the nipples.  er...  Ripples.
 
 
I don't understand why the water doesn't plume out when you toss grenades in there though.... |

Sounds like your physics property in the UT2004 settings is set to low...maybe set it to High or Medium and it should start rippling.  Also, make sure you have the preview feature turned on, its the little joystick button above the Perspective Viewport.  Hope this helps!    |

Problem lies between kepboard and mouse....
 
 
Seriously, I'm even running an ATI card and mine ripples.  Time to go through all of the possible settings and turn them on or up.
 
 
Maybe this could be answered quicker in the Atari forums....
 
 
When I shoot my water it rippples from where the bullets strike.  I have been meaning to make a vertical water texture like a liquid portal and try it.  Might be a nice little effect. |

yeah, that sounds realy cool, and its posible, in the alpha version of AS-Jailbrake it had water walls. |

no, i think the server is running 24/7, so go play on it.
 
i dont got it, it auto downlaods when you join the server.
 
it has like a masive scorpion escape from prison, so cool,  20 scorpions racing down a big stairs kinda. realy cool. |
