VIA has a series of Motherboards that are extremely small. Much smaller than the miniATX.
Here is a link to their website which describes some peoples' projects to put a complete computer system into their automobiles.
Most are using the computer to play DVDs, MP3s, Navigation, some play games, or whatever. It's cool to see the computer integrated into the automobile hardware. Interesting how they get around the problems with compatible power and noise and whatnot.
If you got a few dollars sitting around waiting to be spent, you may even want to consider a project like this too! |
