C:\UT2004\System\UT2004.exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. After reinstalling UT2004 and a little troubleshooting, I found that the problem is DM-TensileSteel. If I remove it, the game starts right up. With it, the game errors out. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
