I, Dragon Rage, as well as some other people in the Unreal Community, are starting on a new mod. Our team is in the development stage (sketching, coming up with ideas, etc) and openings will be announced here at UnrealOps, before anywhere else. The basic premise of this mod (slated for a UT2004 release, at the end of this year) will be vampyres versus humans in team based combat. Humans will be armed with post-modern weapons as the game takes place in 2017, and Vampyres will have a vast array of abilities and mystical spells at their disposal.But, we need a name! As it turns out, or original name, Age of Chaos, was taken by an online text RPG. Our next name was also taken, by a local band in San Francisco. So, I come to you, our readers, for any ideas you have.Comment to this post with your ideas for a name, and at the end of the month, we'll decide if any of the names will grace the cover of our site and files (it's possible that our creative juices will help us come up with one of our own) and if your name is chosen, you'll get a guranteed spot on the beta team. If we don't use any of the names, then the best one gets the beta spot.Good luck, and thank you! |

Rules:
*Only three names per user! If you submit three and then come up with a new one, edit your post(s). All names will be taken at the end of the contest, and any names after the third will not be entered.
*If your name is used, you sign all rights of the name over to Dark-Cide Designs, LTD., to be used at their discretion.
*Remember the theme of the mod! And please check your name before submitting it for copyright infringement. If it's the best and we can't use it, then it does us no good and we'll move to the next one down.

Hellsing the mod... a joke but neat name IMO and even cooler anime series
Leeches (short, simple and could make a cool logo or some)
Sacramentum Obtembero Scelus latin but it's not right grammar but means oath to obey evil deeds/sins |

Blood gulch is a Halo map
And if you read the rules, I'm not going to judge until the end of the month at which point I'll copy all the names to a file from which I'll pick the best. Well, me and the rest of our team. |
